I finally have a moment to breathe, so wanted to write to you to thank you so much for the incredible music at our wedding. The musical choices were 100% spot on at all moments of the wedding, and the fact that our guests danced like they were possessed right up until the buses arrived was a testament to how great the music was.

Ryan and Hemingway were both so accommodating on the evening, they took plenty of song requests and managed to find the perfect balance between Western and Sri Lankan music. They got the vibes exactly right and weren’t afraid to say no to our guests when they made some dodgy song requests. Suwa and I both spent the entire night on the dance floor which is exactly what we wanted (although our legs are paying for it now). I could not have asked for a more perfect evening.

Andrew and I cannot thank you enough for DJing our wedding on Friday. From the ceremony to dinner and dancing parts of our reception, the music was perfect for each moment and brought the vibes that Andrew and I always wanted for our day.

We just had the best time.

Our experience with We Play Records for our wedding ceremony and reception was the highlight of our day. We just wanted to let you know what a brilliant job you guys did for our wedding! I had no idea where to start, what I wanted, what would work and you guys dealt with it, and then exceeded every expectation. The setup looked amazing and even the oldies had plenty of positive feedback. They chose the right mix of classics, fun and new and EVERYONE laughed all night.

Anastasi and Amy were perfect from the moment they arrived and perfect for us! They were so attentive and eager to please. Those little personalised touches made all the difference. Most notably, the guys checking Dave’s music style, wanting to surprise him with an entrance song he would love, although not typical for a wedding. That it certainly did – It was something just “him” – that most grooms don’t get a great deal of, after us brides take over! HAHA

Everything was set up quickly, they were super chill and even they looked amazing! They nailed our brief and didn’t miss a beat all night. They did the most perfect job and really were the icing on the cake to a perfect night. All our guests had fun - many of whom didn’t know each other prior to the day and your music really brought out the common ground between total strangers who by the end had made new BFFs! We both wanted to thank you so much for giving our wedding that fun vibe. Husky voices and sore feet were all that was seen the next morning! We now have some pretty fantastic wedding photos that show the happiness your music provided and memories of our guests' laughs and terrible dance moves to help everyone remember the night that got a little fuzzy.
